Do you have a New Year’s Resolution to be more active and get fit?

We can help!

Please contact us to find out about how we can support you to have an active 2016.

The Get Set to Go programme aims to improve the quality of life of anyone with a mental health problem through access to sport in the local community.

With support from Sport England and the National Lottery, the three-year programme seeks to help overcome the barriers some of us face when wanting to take up a sport because of a mental health problem.

Join our Volunteer Peer Navigator team

We are recruiting to increase our team of volunteers who understand how sport and physical activity improves our mental and physical health.

You’ll be able to support people with mental health problems so they can develop their own passion for sport.

You’ll need to be able to establish good relationships with people from different backgrounds and have some understanding of mental health.

We’ll support and train you as one of our volunteer Peer Navigators, which could be the first step of a new career in sport mentoring or peer support.
