As part of Self Directed Support, Croydon Independent Support Brokerage Service (CISBS) is here to help people put together Support Plans to get the best out of life. Support Brokers work with people who are eligible for services under Fair Access to Care, and have completed a Supported Self Assessment Questionnaire.
Support Brokers work with clients to help them:
CISBS is a partnership between Age Concern Croydon, MIND in Croydon, Advocacy Partners and DisabilityCroydon. The service is funded by Croydon Council.
