Information on mental health services in Croydon
Our counselling service is running a women only Anger Control Training Group.
The course is a mixture of teaching and practical homework as you try to put into practice what you have learnt in the week, so that you start to gain control of your anger from the beginning. You need only reveal what you are comfortable with.
This course is Anger Management and more! It looks at why you get angry and how to prevent you from getting to the point of anger.
There are still spaces available for our next course which is due to start on the Friday 3rd June. Please call us on 020 8763 2064 to self refer.
Our Anger Control Training course is open to nearly everyone. A history of violence does not itself exclude you. We only ask that you come on the course because you want to and not because someone else thinks you should.
The course runs for eight weeks based in Purley, Croydon. It is held at our Pampisford Road premises (up two flights of stairs) on Friday afternoons.

The Minding Money Project, which was funded by Comic Relief for the last three years, delivered a series of workshops which were adapted from the Quaker Social Action “Made of Money” course. This project has now officially ended.
