Information on mental health services in Croydon
On Sunday 9th September, Gavin Barwell MP will be doing his annual sponsored walk around the border of his constituency - a total of around 18 miles.
The walk is usually with a small group of friends and family but this year he will be joined by about 50 young people from Project Change, the group he set up in the wake of the riots to try to change our town for the better and in the process change perceptions of our young people.
They are raising money for four charities: Nightwatch, Age UK Croydon, Croydon Youth Theatre Organisation and Mind in Croydon.
If you would like to sponsor the Mind in Croydon team made up of 11 young people from various schools in the Borough please visit: http://www.justgiving.com/projectchangecroydon.
There will also be some Mind in Croydon staff joining in on the walk on the day.
If you would like to join us for all or part of the walk, get in touch by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
