Information on mental health services in Croydon
We are really pleased to announce that Ronnie Corbett has agreed to come and officially open our charity walk, Positive Steps, on the 25th May 2013.
The walk in Lloyd Park, Coombe Road, Croydon marks Mental Health Awareness Week and the aim is to promote mental health and well being.
The walk will start at 10am and you can register using the form on our website.
Registration is just £10 and although we would love you to get sponsorship, we understand this can be difficult. Sponsorship is not an obligation – we want people to get involved and make an impact in the community by talking about mental health.
People will lap the five kilometre route around Lloyd Park three times to make a total of 15km – however, we simply want people to get involved so walkers can do as little or as much as they can manage.
A registration form can be found by clicking here. Registration will be available on the day, however, spaces are limited.
Other activities throughout the day:
If you would like some more information about the event, contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 020 8668 2210.
