As part of the Time to Change ‘Time to Talk Day’ on Thursday February 6th Active Minds (ably assisted by Hear Us) are holding a Human Library at Croydon Central Library between 2 - 4.30pm on Thursday 6th February.

We can offer tea, coffee , a few biscuits and your first chance to see the new Hear Us film about tackling stigma as well as having a chat about mental health.
