Information on mental health services in Croydon
We are delighted to announce that we will be opening Fairfield House on Saturdays from the 5th April. This is a pilot project for one year and is response to the day care questionnaire we carried out at the end of 2013.
People can be referred via Health and Social Care professionals (including G.P.s) and other mental health services (including voluntary services) using a very simple tear off referral form.
Clients can expect to get help with form filling, practical support (including bills and debt management), benefit issues, outreach support and community issues. We will also be providing hot meals on Saturdays at a reasonable rate.
You can find out more on The Hub page.
