Information on mental health services in Croydon
McPin organisation, are specialists in mental health research and are conducting a survey on behalf of National Mind to assess satisfaction levels amongst Mind service users. The ‘Your Experience in Mind Survey’ presents service users with an opportunity to ‘have their say about what happens in their life’ by supporting them to speak out about their experiences and expectations of Mind as a service provider.
To achieve this McPin have employed a Survey Champion, namely Jane Kamara (pictured below), for the Croydon region.
Jane will be contacting and visiting all of the divisions of Mind within Croydon throughout April and May to recruit participants, and to assist where necessary in completing the survey.
McPin wish to assure everyone that the survey, which consists of only five main sections, is straightforward and easy to complete, responses will be treated with confidentiality & without prejudice, and above all respondents will remain anonymous. Furthermore, the survey will be available to complete online or over the telephone with Jane depending on individual preferences.
Surveys such as this are crucial in providing valuable information to assist organisations in tailoring support to meet their client’s needs. Whilst Mc Pin will conduct the analysis all the final results of the survey will be submitted to Mind to enable them to gain insight to their strengths and weaknesses with a view to improving their services and striving to maintain high standards of support.
A McPin representative will present an explanation of the results to all interested service users and staff at a date and venue to be confirmed following final completion.
Thank you for your support in this worthwhile project, Jane Kamara for and on behalf of McPin.
