Information on mental health services in Croydon
Mind in Croydon has been awarded funding from Sport England and the National Lottery. We will be one of eight local minds to provide the ‘Get Set to Go’ programme.
The ‘Get Set to Go’ programme aims to improve the quality of life of anyone with a mental health problem through access to sport in the local community. With support from Sport England and the National Lottery, the three-year programme seeks to help overcome the barriers some of us face when wanting to take up a sport because of a mental health problem.
As we already have Active Minds up and running we are in discussions with them on how this programme will fit into the Mind in Croydon brand.
