Mind in Croydon now provide Care Act Advocacy to Croydon residents. This is where a person has ‘substantial difficulty’ and no-one appropriate to represent them. Care Act Advocacy will be provided around needs assessments, the creation and review of care plans and safeguarding enquiries. Referrals should be made by the local authority. Mind in Croydon Advocacy are now able to provide a Relevant Person’s representative service on a spot purchase basis from out of borough local authorities (not Croydon). Please contact 0208 763 6730 for more information.
