Meeting Rooms for Hire
FAIRFIELD HOUSE MEETING ROOMS
We provide ideal small meeting space in Fairfield House, our building immediately across the road from East Croydon British Rail station. It is also centrally placed for Croydon tram stop and on many bus routes and has full disabled accessibility.
Our large main room which opens out onto our pleasant garden is £25 per hour and has the following capacity:
- Classroom style (around oblong tables) = 48 persons
- Theatre style = 60 persons
- Boardroom style = 20 persons (but can do more at a long table)
In our comfortable lounge adjoining the main conference area we can accommodate breakout sessions as well as catering at the following costs:
- Finger buffet = £6.50 per person (price includes a soft drink)
- Fork buffet (hot/cold) = £8.50 per person
- Tea, coffee, biscuits = £2.50 per person
A projector, screen, flipchart, pens etc is available at £40 per hire.
We are happy to be flexible and our venue has been used for social gatherings and business meetings. To discuss your requirements further, please contact the Manager, Jacqui Dyce on 020 8688 1210. All the proceeds we make from hiring our conference rooms go to running our charity, Mind in Croydon, to help people with mental health problems and their carers.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A MINIMUM HIRE OF 2 HOURS IN THE EVENINGS AND SATURDAYS.
