Quitting altogether can be a daunting prospect so with the help of NRT and weekly one to one guidance over four weeks you can cut down on the number of cigarettes you smoke to build the confidence to quit.
Weight management and healthy eating advice
No pressure, just helpful hints and tips on how to eat more healthy from portion sizes to understanding food labels so you can make healthy choices.
We can talk you through the 5 ways to wellbeing and help you identify actions to make these a part of your life.

Working with you to set goals to get more active, from taking the stairs instead of the lift to linking you with your local leisure centre or with the Mind in Croydon’s, Active Minds service programme of activities.
