Specialise in supporting young people from the age of 10, right through to mature adults and families, through counselling / psychotherapy and mentoring.

12.30pm – 4.30pm drop-in sessions. Qualified counsellors and mental health practitioners available, including EMHIP staff. No need for an appointment.

Those needing individual appointments can call Monday and Tuesday between 10am and 5pm, Thursday between 10am and 7pm, and Friday between 9am and 3pm. Alternatively, they can complete a contact form on the website and one of our staff will respond to them.


For Over 18’s

Mind in Croydon

Our Therapeutic Service is running two Drop-In’s for those who wish to speak to a trained counsellor about how they are feeling around the death of a child and other violent incidents that have occurred in the borough this week.  No need to book an appointment.

The Wellness Centre

We work in partnership with a diverse group of mental health professionals and providers supporting the Black Minority and Ethnic communities in Croydon and the South East London area. The Wellness Centre offers quality free support to help people prevent the onset of mental health problems and alleviate issues such as stress, anxiety, isolation, and low mood.
