Connecting with people
In East Croydon our Social Networking Service specialises in reducing social isolation by bringing people together at the Hub to enjoy varied activities and good food eaten in the company of others. From this base we also send out our Social Networking Caseworkers to help people in the community.
In South Croydon our Active Minds Service specialises in helping people to get out more, get healthy, be active and offer invaluable support and advice.
