JOB – Housing and Social Support Navigator

We are looking for Housing and Social Support Navigator to join our new service.

The Housing and Social Support Navigator will work with patients within inpatient and community mental health settings across Croydon, including Jeanette Wallace House and Bethlem Royal Hospital, where housing-related issues may contribute to mental health crises, delay hospital discharge, or impact an individual’s recovery and wellbeing.
