Mind in Croydon features in Three Hands Podcast

Our Deputy CEO, Emma Turner, took part in a Three Hands podcast on mental health. She was accompanied by lived expert James who is open about the triggers and consequences of his mental health problems.

Together they discussed how and why people are affected by mental health issues, the relationship between mental health and money, and what we can all do to support others, as well as to look out for ourselves.
