JOB – Croydon Health and Wellbeing Space Support Worker

Mind in Croydon is a registered charity operating in the Borough for over 50 years. Mind in Croydon and Croydon BME Forum have formed an exciting new partnership to deliver on an innovative new project. We are looking for two Mental Health Support Workers for these interesting and varied roles.

Croydon Health and Wellbeing Space Support Workers will provide advice, information, mental health support and representation to Croydon residents who are referred to the Health and Wellbeing Space at the Whitgift Centre in Central/East Croydon through the local Integrated Care Network Plus (ICN+) multi-disciplinary clinical and community mental health support teams (MDTs). Over the next two years, we will be launching other Health and Wellbeing Spaces based in North and/or South Croydon.
