We delivered on average 782 interventions every week.

Key to our strategy was the ambition to take support services to people in all areas of Croydon and this is how we are achieving this:

We are removing language barriers to accessing support by operating a Language Line where over 29 different languages are spoken.

We are using the charity’s assets to generate unrestricted income, strengthening our offer of support. This saw us move our services from our building in Purley to South Croydon.

We are embedding feedback from people with lived experience to provide support which is agile and innovative. Working alongside members of our Lived Experience Advisory Panel our interview questions were reviewed and shaped for Trustee recruitment. We are actively receiving more feedback from people who have accessed support from us utilising iPads and forms at all our fixed locations as well as satellite service provision which continually monitors and improves services.
