“Mental health illnesses have become increasingly more recognized recently with it being said that 1 in 4 people will be affected in any given year.

I personally have been affected in more ways than one and so too have many people I know. 

It’s so important that the charities involved in helping affected people are supported, so I am looking to do what I can to give something back and help others in similar situations to myself.”
